Doubletree By Hilton San Bernardino Hotel, San Bernardino

The hotel is quite convenient for my visits in San Bernardino and the rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice king bed. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, especially with my many questions and requests for directions. The location makes it easy to get around town, and the dining options at the Sunrise Cafe were pleasant. However, there was a slight issue with the initial room smelling like smoke, but I was promptly moved to another room.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had plenty of storage space, making me feel really comfortable during my short visit. The service was top-notch, with helpful and polite staff. The location was convenient for my husband's work, and although not perfect, the staff, like Daisy, Chef, and Pam, made our stay memorable. The dining experience was a bit pricey with limited options, but the facilities were great overall.
